distilled from their own Chianti grapes, a very flavourful Extra Virgin
Olive Oil, and an aromatic Red Wine Vinegar.

Made from select wines, Villa Calcinaia’s red wine vinegar is produced according to local tradition, which the Capponi family can document since 1693. It is of a fine, clear colour, and carefully processed for a balanced taste. Its aroma, mellowed by a slow maturation in the bottle, evokes the fullness of the wine from which it originates.
